FL Studio can be a bit tricky when it comes to using sustain pedal with a MIDI keyboard/piano.

There are youtube tutorials on how to get correct sustain pedal behaviour. Shoutout to one of my subscribers for helping find a solution that worked for him:

I found the solution on FL studio for your template, you just have to open the browser, your project, pattern, LABS, then right click on sustain 64, create an automation clip, examinate the automation clip and then it will work great !!
